Justin MacDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing and consulting within the disability sector and beyond. Currently serving as Managing Director of Just SDA Management Pty Ltd and Just Advisory Services, Justin provides expert guidance for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Justin is also actively involved as a Professional Impact Network Member at the Social Impact Hub and as an Adjunct Industry Fellow at the Menzies Health Institute Queensland, Griffith University. Additionally, Justin contributes to various boards and advisory roles, including Enactus Australia and the Research for Development Impact Network. An educator at Queensland University of Technology, Justin is committed to teaching the principles of social enterprise and sustainable development. With a strong foundation in project management, supported by various academic qualifications including an MBA from QUT, Justin continues to make significant contributions to community and social impact initiatives.
