Nicole's extensive experience at Greenheart International includes roles as Director of Short Term Inbound Programs and Program Manager, where tasks involved participant placement, contract negotiation, and staff supervision. Earlier career experiences include teaching English, training volunteer tutors for ESL programs, freelancing as a writer, and serving as a peer counselor at Bard College. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Bard College.
