Samuel Pollard has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Samuel started their career in 2006 as a Reception, Reservations & Events Manager at D&D London. Samuel then worked as a Restaurant Manager at a traditional British restaurant and later became the General Manager of Almeida restaurant. In 2012, they joined South Place Hotel as the Restaurant, Events & Room Service Manager, where they were responsible for various departments and was part of the pre-opening and opening team. In 2014, they became the Senior General Manager at D&D London before moving on to their current role as the Operations Director at State of Play Hospitality, which they began in 2018.
Samuel Pollard completed their education from 2004 to 2007 at the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Physiotherapy. Their field of study focused on Sport and Physiotherapy during this time.
