Nasser AlHadhoud is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of the Human Resources Operations Department at the Social Development Bank since April 2019. Nasser has played a pivotal role in the human resources transformation project, focusing on organizational structure, performance management, and succession planning. Achievements include the development of an HR Dashboard using Power BI. Previously, as Director of the Human Resources Compliance Department and Director of the Internal Communication Department, Nasser established key processes to enhance employee satisfaction and led initiatives that significantly improved internal communication channels, increasing employee engagement across multiple branches. Nasser holds a Higher Diploma in Insurance Management from Al Yamamah University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from King Saud University.
