Helga Janeth Jauregui Alhuay has extensive experience in human resource management. Helga Janeth currently holds the position of Talent Management Chief at Social Capital Group, where Helga Janeth oversees HR processes in accordance with company policies. Prior to this, Helga Janeth has worked in various HR roles such as HR Analyst and HR Assistant. Helga Janeth's background also includes organizing and executing social welfare programs during their pre-professional internships at Municipalidad de Miraflores and Grupo Glencore. Helga holds a Master's degree in Labor Law from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Universidad Inca Garcilaso De La Vega.
