Ben Rick currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Housing Finance Corp. Ltd., the UK's leading affordable housing aggregator, since November 2024. As a dedicated professional with extensive experience in finance, Ben also contributes as an advisor for Crisis, focusing on housing strategy, and The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales on the Homewards program aimed at ending homelessness. Previously, Ben held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lloyds Banking Group, where efforts concentrated on social and supported housing. In addition to these roles, Ben is a co-founder and board member at Social and Sustainable Capital, promoting funding for community support. Ben's formidable background includes key positions at institutions such as BTG Pactual, Merrill Lynch, Green T Asset Management, UBS, and Lehman Brothers, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from The University of Manchester.
