Rushali Shivprasad is an experienced professional in portfolio management and program development, currently serving as Manager - Portfolio and Programs at Social Alpha since January 2022, where Rushali has led innovative market access initiatives supporting early-stage startups in the circular economy in India. As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, Rushali has focused on integrating waste management solutions, particularly through collaboration with organizations such as the H&M foundation and Saamuhika Shakti. Currently, as a Board Observer at ECOWRAP, Rushali is involved in enhancing waste segregation and recycling efforts. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, specializing in Consumer and Wealth Management, and an internship at NITI Aayog, where Rushali contributed to research on retail investor engagement in India. Rushali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honours) from Stella Maris College and completed a summer program at The London School of Economics focusing on financial markets.
