Harshan Vazhakunnam's work experience includes being a Program Director (Principal) at Social Alpha and a Director at mach33.aero, both starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Assistant Vice President at Invest India from 2019 to 2021. Harshan also worked as a Chief Ministers Fellow (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) at the Government of Kerala from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of Program Manager at SightLife from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as part of the Smartphones and Device Partnerships team at Bharti Airtel Limited, focusing on GTM and Innovation. Harshan began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited from 2008 to 2010.

Harshan Vazhakunnam completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum in the years 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialization in Marketing and Supply Chain from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Harshan has obtained a certification from APICS at Level 1.
