Jalyn Richardson is currently the Matchday Operations Coordinator for St. Louis CITY SC, having started in April 2022, and also holds the role of Matchday Operations for MLS Next Pro. Since August 2016, Jalyn has worked as a Retail Associate at Soccer Master, where responsibilities include customer service, inventory management, sales data entry, and social media engagement for the store's Instagram account. Previous experience includes an Operations Intern position at St. Louis Ambush, where game-day operations, merchandise management, and fan engagement were key duties. Jalyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Illinois College.
