Tova Lobatz has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategic partnerships, consulting, arts management, project management, fundraising, and sales. Currently, Tova is the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at SOCAP Global, where they conduct research on sustainable investment and business landscapes to generate new leads, works closely with marketing teams to create sales funnels, and manages existing client and partner accounts. Tova also served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at SOCAP Global prior to their current role. Before joining SOCAP Global, Tova ran their own consulting business, focusing on nonprofit fundraising. Tova also held positions as a curator and director at Heron Arts, where they coordinated between multiple teams, formulated growth strategies, and executed development plans. Tova was also the Project Manager at Nashville Walls Project, where they successfully led a team in the establishment of a public arts organization. Additionally, Tova served as the Director of Fundraising and Operations at Art City Project, where they established high net worth relationships and managed various aspects of fundraising campaigns and events. Tova's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Director at White Walls Gallery and as a Fundraising Assistant at Scripps Health Foundation.
Tova Lobatz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2010. In 2009, they also attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
