Fabián Martínez is an accomplished professional serving as the Executive Director of Genomawork since May 2018, where the focus is on leveraging neuroscience-based assessments for effective talent hiring. Martínez holds various board positions, including at Fundación Impulso Docente and Bodemall, and is a board member and founder of Open Green Road. Additionally, Martínez is recognized as an Emprendedor Endeavor, selected in Medellín, Colombia, and has participated as a speaker at Social Capital Markets events. Co-founding AprendoEmprendo, a national innovation contest, showcases Martínez's commitment to fostering innovation. Previous roles include directing One Young World in 2015 and co-founding the Super Liga DT board game. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Technology Innovation from the University of Sussex, awarded with the highest distinction, and a business administration degree from Universidad de Chile, graduated with honors.
