Kelly Thijssen is an experienced educator and coach with a focus on pedagogical support and student guidance. Currently, at ROC Nijmegen since August 2018, Kelly serves as a Leercoach, Docent Pedagogiek, and allround assessor, contributing to course development, coaching students, and ensuring examination integrity as a DEC member. In addition to roles at SOC Nederland, where Kelly provides educational support and develops treatment plans for children and families, experience includes simulating performance assessments at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, completing an internship in pedagogical coaching, and conducting research on parental involvement. Educational qualifications include degrees from HAN University of Applied Sciences and ROC Nijmegen, enhancing expertise in the field.
