Rick Lastres has significant experience in program management and business development, currently serving as Program Manager at Soaris LLC since April 2022, overseeing operations in the North American non-automotive sector of Continental/Vitesco. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Continental Automotive Systems from January 2007 to March 2022, focusing on program and product management for the small engine market and exhaust after-treatment. Rick's career also includes a position in operations management at Brunswick from January 2002 to November 2006, and engineering roles at Motorola from 1979 to 2001. Rick holds a degree from Marquette University, earned between 1974 and 1979.
