Darian Pflugrath, M.A, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently employed at Soar Autism Center since November 2022, Darian serves as a Case Supervisor and Float RBT, maintaining program fidelity across various clients. Prior experience includes working at The Joshua School as an Instructional Assistant, providing 1:1 support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and at Trumpet Behavioral Health in multiple roles supporting RBT competency assessment and training. Darian holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. Additionally, prior roles include nannying and coaching cheerleaders with special needs, demonstrating a commitment to supporting children's development in diverse settings.
