Ben Rediske is an experienced executive in educational program management, currently serving as the Executive Director of the SOAR Afterschool Program since its establishment in August 2020. Prior to this role, Ben held positions such as Associate Director, where responsibilities included resource development for a team of approximately 85-90 employees. Ben's initial experience in after-school programming began as the Site Director of Camp War Eagle's SOAR, where the program was launched in collaboration with local schools. Additional professional experiences include co-founding a photography and videography business, serving as a customer service representative in the airline industry, and directing youth programs aimed at supporting at-risk populations. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Education & Leadership from John Brown University.
