Kiyah Daniell has held various positions in the hospitality and customer service industries. From 2010 to 2016, they worked for Marriott International, starting as a Front Office Agent, then becoming a Corporate Correspondence Agent and Assistant Manager. In their role as Assistant Manager, they developed and implemented the on-boarding process for new staff, managed the quality assurance and control program, and was responsible for hotel operations. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Correspondence Management Specialist for the DC Government. In this role, they reviewed and analyzed incoming communication and referred correspondence for appropriate action and response. Kiyah also used DMV-specific software applications to conduct research and provide comprehensive verbal and written responses to customer inquiries. In 2021, they began working as a Social Media Manager for Soapbox, creating original content for web and social media platforms, editing digital media into finished products, and executing multilateral marketing and PR campaigns.
Kiyah Daniell earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Penn State University between 2004 and 2008.
