Phoebe Yu's work experience includes positions at various companies in different roles. Phoebe is currently working at Snyk as a Senior Product Designer since March 2023, and previously held the position of Product Designer from August 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Snyk, Phoebe served as a Practical Lead at Colearnla starting in 2020. Phoebe also worked as a User Experience Designer at the Hong Kong Observatory from July 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Designer at Authcore from August 2018 to May 2020 and a UX Consultant at Maltem Consulting Group from February 2018 to August 2018. Phoebe's earlier roles include being a UX Analyst at Ozmo @ Groking Lab from October 2016 to December 2017, a UX Designer at Locolla from August 2015 to January 2016, an Interactive Designer at Purecomm Retail Software from February 2014 to June 2015, and a Designer at Centro, Kitlab from January 2013 to January 2014. Phoebe also had a design internship at Guided in August and September 2012.

Phoebe Yu has a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from Central Saint Martins - University of the Arts London, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Foundation course in Art and Design at the University of the Arts London from 2008 to 2009. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued an Executive Certificate in Brand Management from HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education. Additionally, Phoebe attended Headington School from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their A-levels in Art, Economics, Math, and Chemistry (AS). Phoebe also holds additional certifications in "How to make better, faster decisions at work" from Udemy, "Google analytics for beginners" from Google, and "UX Design Techniques: Overview" from LinkedIn.
