Calum Hutton has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and software development. Calum currently holds the position of Senior Security Researcher at Snyk, where they have been working since 2021. Before joining Snyk, Calum worked at Perspective Risk as a Senior Security Consultant from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Consultant at NCC Group from 2015 to 2016. Calum has also held roles as a Python Developer at CrowdScores and Zynstra, as well as a PHP Developer at TheAgency. Calum gained experience in automation development and systems testing as a Systems Test Engineer at Nable IT Services. In their early career, Calum worked as a Junior PHP Developer at iSolve - Internet Solutions and as a Technical Department Intern at Cogapp.

Calum Hutton pursued their education in Computer Science at Bournemouth University from 2007 to 2011. Calum successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computing during this period.
