Harm Duiker has extensive experience in the development sector, primarily with SNV. Harm started their career as a Portfolio Coordinator at SNV Netherlands Development Organisation in 1990 and held various roles in different countries. Harm served as a Portfolio Coordinator at SNV-Cameroon from 1997 to 2002 and at SNV-Vietnam from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, they became a Portfolio Coordinator at SNV Kenya, eventually transitioning to the role of a.i. Country Director and then Country Director from 2010 to 2019. In their role as Country Director, they were responsible for country management, team leadership, strategy development, partnership and resource mobilization, networking, and finance and HR. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Partnership & Business Development at SNV.
Harm Duiker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Tropical Forestry from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1986 to 1989.
