James Manallack

Manager Mechanical Engineering - Outage Strategy at Snowy Hydro

James Manallack has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Mechanical Engineering - Outage Strategy and previously as the Plant Engineering Manager for Upper Tumut at Snowy Hydro Limited since January 2013. The Upper Tumut region includes Tumut 1 and Tumut 2 underground hydro power stations, alongside various dams, tunnels, and aqueducts. Prior to this role, James held positions as a Mechanical Plant Engineer and Project Planner & Scheduler, and worked with FIELD Engineers Pty Ltd and the Royal Australian Navy, where James began as a Junior Mechanical Engineering Officer. James holds dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and Central Queensland University, with foundational education from Xavier College.
