Manish Sharma is an experienced major incident management professional with over two decades of expertise in leading incident resolution efforts across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Major Incident Manager at Snowflake since November 2021, Manish previously held the role of Senior Incident Commander at Splunk, where responsibilities included coordinating technical recovery and stakeholder communications. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Manish served as VP - Major Incident Manager, developing processes for effective incident management, and led service delivery for corporate payment services in the EMEA, APAC, and AMRS regions. Prior experience includes significant roles at RBS, focusing on global service delivery and project management within ITIL frameworks. Manish began the career as a DB2 technician at Woolwich EBS after earning a BSc in Maths from King's College London.
