Dan Waters is a seasoned professional in the technology sector, currently serving as the VP EMEA - Partners & Alliances at Snowflake since September 2021, where responsibilities include scaling partners and driving growth across the partner ecosystem in EMEA. Previously, Waters held various leadership roles at Arrow ECS EMEA from 2008 to September 2021, culminating in the position of Managing Director, with full P&L accountability and oversight of over 500 staff. Waters also held multiple director roles at Arrow, driving strategy and go-to-market execution across various technology practices. Additional experience includes positions at Bell Microproducts and OpenPSL, along with a strong educational background, including training at IESE Business School and a BTEC in Sports Studies from King James.
