Amy Hirst-Kodl currently serves as the Head of GSI & Americas Alliances at Snowflake, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Amy accumulated extensive experience at Salesforce from December 2010 to November 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Partner Alliance Management, Vice President of Partner Alliances, and Regional Vice President of Customer Success. Previous positions include Salesforce.com Customer Success Executive at Hewlett-Packard in 2012, Senior Manager at Accenture from August 1996 to December 2010, Consultant roles at Cisco (2006-2010) and Charter Communications (2003-2004), and an internship at Grupe from 1994 to 1996. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Analysis & Management from Santa Clara University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
