Frank Chai is a User Experience Designer at Snowed In Studios Inc. since September 2021, contributing to projects such as Forza Motorsport 8, where responsibilities included UX research, library management, UI concept design, and bug fixing. In addition, Frank has engaged in other projects, including LUCID and ALL-STAR, focusing on game UX research and UI design. Previously, Frank served as a Graphic Web Designer at LeMine Investment Group, independently designing and maintaining the company's website, and as a UI/UX Designer at Thentia, where transformations of paper application forms to digital formats were achieved. Frank Chai holds a Master of Design in Digital Arts from OCAD University and a Bachelor of Arts in Intermedia/Multimedia from Central Academy of Fine Arts.
