Thomas J. Hakala has extensive experience in various senior roles within the finance and banking industry. Thomas J. is currently serving as the Senior Partner and Managing Director at Snowden Lane Partners since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fieldpoint Private Bank and Trust Company as the Managing Director from January 2012 to September 2022. From March 2001 to January 2012, they held the position of Managing Director at Wilmington Trust. Before that, they served as the Executive Director at UBS from April 1999 to March 2001. Thomas started their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Partner from June 1989 to April 1999.
