Derick Felsman has a wealth of experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, and DevOps. Derick has held positions at TripActions (2022-present), SnowcatCloud Inc. (2020-present), Parsable (2019-2020), Monster (2017-2019), HireAthena (2017-2018), Educents (2016-2017), zTailors (2015-2016), Crunchyroll, Inc. (2014-2015), Trifeckta Software (2010-2011), and CBS Interactive (2011-2014). At TripActions, they are currently a Staff Site Reliability Engineer. At SnowcatCloud Inc., they are the CTO and Co-Founder. At Parsable, they held two positions: Staff Software Engineer - SRE, Platform, DevOps, DevSecOps, and Lead Software Engineer, Platform and Security. At Monster, they were an Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer. At HireAthena, they were a Lead Engineer. At Educents, they were a Senior Software Engineer. At zTailors, they were a Lead Software Engineer. At Crunchyroll, Inc., they were a LAMP Engineer. At Trifeckta Software, they were the Founder and Lead. At CBS Interactive, they held two positions: Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer - Rotational Development Program.

Derick Felsman attended St. John Fisher from 1996 to 2003, followed by Loyola High School of Los Angeles from 2003 to 2007. Derick then went on to the University of California, Davis, where they earned a BS in Computer Science Engineering from 2007 to 2011.
