Lydia Okoh-Adesanmi specializes in Human Resource Operations and currently holds a position at Snows Motor Group since September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Learning Facilitator at DavidAdelowo Consulting from August 2021 to September 2022, where Lydia delivered training in sales, marketing, and customer relations for entry-level bank employees, alongside developing training materials. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Access Bank Plc from October 2016 to August 2021 as a Customer Relations Specialist, adeptly managing customer accounts and resolving complaints. Lydia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bells University of Technology in 2018 and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Bournemouth University, further enhancing expertise in the HR field.
