Francesco Tosato has a diverse work experience. Francesco began their career in 2002 as a self-employed online advertiser and private seller. In 2009, they interned at the Italian Embassy in Oslo. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Wooga in various roles including Product Lead, Product Manager, Social Media Marketing Country Manager Italy, and International Online Marketing Intern. Francesco then moved to Snowprint Studios AB in 2017, where they worked as a Game Designer.

Francesco Tosato's education history includes a Bachelor in Economics of International Markets and New Technologies from Università Bocconi from 2004 to 2007, a Master of Business in Management from Università Bocconi from 2007 to 2010, and an exchange program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2008 to 2008. Francesco also attended the Liceo scientifico "L. da Vinci" - Treviso from 1999 to 2004 and the Molde Videregående skole from 2002 to 2003 as part of an exchange program.
