Parsa Moradian is an experienced Computer Technologist currently working at SNOLAB since October 2022, where responsibilities include establishing and maintaining IT systems and providing application support for various organizational needs. Prior to this role, Moradian served as a Help Desk Technician at Sylvite Holdings Inc. from January 2021 to September 2022, effectively resolving technical issues and delivering high standards of customer service while managing multiple projects. Additionally, Moradian worked as an Assistive Technology Technician with the Halton District School Board in 2020, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues, managing service desk operations, and facilitating technology set-ups for educational purposes. Parsa Moradian holds a Diploma in Computer Systems Technician - Software Support from Mohawk College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
