Matthew Sannella is an experienced educator and sports facilitator, currently serving as an Instructional Assistant at Andover Public Schools since August 2024 and as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Reading Memorial High School since March 2024. Sannella has held various roles at SNL Sports Academy since September 2017, including Site Supervisor, where responsibilities include overseeing flag football programs and assisting coaches and referees. Additionally, Sannella has experience as a Supervisor leading after-school sports activities for K-8 students and officiating flag football games. In a brief role as a Per Diem Substitute Teacher at Reading Public Schools in May 2024, Sannella contributed to the educational environment. Prior to these positions, Sannella supervised youth soccer practices at Reading United Soccer Club INC and worked as a Groundskeeper at Meadowbrook Golf Club in 2021. Education includes a degree from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell, as well as a high school diploma from Reading Memorial High School.
