Tim Spickenbom has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tim began their career in 2002 as a Prüfungsassistent at Dr. Burbach + Partner KG, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Deichmann as an Interner Auditor and remained in that role until 2014. During their time at Deichmann, they gained experience in auditing. In 2014, Tim Spickenbom moved to SNIPES where they served as a Kaufmännischer Leiter until December 2014. Tim then transitioned to the role of Managing Director in January 2015 and continues to hold that position.

Tim Spickenbom attended the University of Duisburg-Essen from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann with a specialization in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
