Katie Markovic has a diverse work experience. Katie began their career as a Yoga Instructor at Athletico in 2012. In 2010, they started working as a Marketing Analyst at Domu, a start-up company developing a website targeted to Chicago renters and landlords. Her role included uploading individual apartment listings to develop Domu's database, following listing guidelines, balancing the workload with other analysts, and completing development of the database. Most recently, they have been working as a Social Media Manager at Sniffspot since 2022.

Katie Markovic received their Bachelors of Arts in Merchandising Management from the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2009. Katie is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) from the Global Yoga Center.
