Karen Vorenkamp, CMA has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Karen started their career as a Manager of Finance & Accounting at O & S Manufacturing Company in 1996. Karen then moved on to become an Assistant Controller at the same company, where they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, consolidation, and general ledger management. In 1999, they were promoted to Controller at O & S America, LLC, where they managed accounting, finance, and IT functions.

In 2000, Vorenkamp joined Vertafore (formerly Sircon Corporation) as the Corporate Controller. Karen played a significant role in the company's growth as it transitioned from a venture-backed start-up to a successful software and e-commerce organization. Karen held this position until 2013, when they became the CFO of Pro-Motion Technology Group, a digital signage and ambience marketing company.

Vorenkamp later worked as an Independent Consultant/Contractor, taking on various temporary projects. Karen provided financial and accounting expertise for companies like Vertafore and managed all accounting and finance functions for a group of indoor trampoline parks.

In 2014, Vorenkamp became the Financial Controller of PeachWorks, a venture-backed cloud-based software company serving the restaurant and retail industries. Karen successfully contributed to the company's growth and facilitated its sale in 2017.

In 2018, Vorenkamp took on multiple roles simultaneously. Karen became the Financial Accounting Consultant at Vertafore, where they leveraged their previous experience to support the company's financial operations. Karen also took on the position of CFO/Controller Part-Time at andonix, providing financial leadership and support.

Most recently, Vorenkamp joined Sniffer Robotics as the Financial Controller in 2023, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to finance and accounting roles.

Karen Vorenkamp, CMA has a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) from Walsh College as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Management from Cleary University. Karen is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certified by the Institute of Management Accountants.
