Nikhil Vijay is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Management at SNGCE since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nikhil held the position of Assistant Manager at Capsquare Technologies Pvt Ltd from December 2022 to September 2023, and at Reliance Retail from March 2020 to November 2022. Nikhil gained initial experience as a Project Trainee at Malayala Manorama Co. Ltd in 2019. Nikhil is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management at Indira Gandhi National Open University, expected to complete in July 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Anna University Chennai, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kerala.
