Caleb Broschat RDN is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in clinical nutrition and healthcare settings. Since June 2020, Caleb has served as a registered dietitian at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and concurrently works at SnF Management Company as a registered dietitian at Windsor El Camino Care Center since November 2016. Previous experience includes a dietetic internship at Carondelet Health Network, where Caleb engaged with interdisciplinary teams across diverse clinical rotations and enhanced skills in medical nutrition therapy and community nutrition programs. Early career roles involved positions in food service and youth program leadership, with a foundational education in Nutrition and Food Science from California State University, Chico.
