Bruce Petschen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bruce started their career in 1994 as a Supervisor at Metal Matic LLC, where they worked until 2011. Bruce then joined Metal-Matic Middletown, OH as a Plant Manager and successfully managed the start-up and day-to-day operations of their third and largest plant until 2019. In 2020, they joined Airgas as a Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing plant operations until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Plymouth Tube Company as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Currently, since 2023, Bruce is working as the Chief Operating Officer at Snell Manufacturing.

Bruce Petschen attended the University of Minnesota from 1993 to 1995, where they focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. No degree was mentioned.
