Radia Ouarti has been Head of Cabinet at SNCF Réseau since October 2017. Prior to that, they served as Head of Public Affairs at Euro Cargo Rail S.A.S. from June 2016 to October 2017. During their time at ECR, they were responsible for communication and public affairs. The company was experiencing economic difficulties which resulted in a PSE affecting more than 300 employees. Radia participated in the relaunch strategy, the accompaniment of employees with a bridge to SNCF, and the influence with stakeholders on the awareness of the difficulties of railway freight in France.
From April 2014 to June 2016, Ms. Ouarti served as Counselor for Road Transport, Urban Transport and Sustainable Mobility at the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. In this role, they oversaw the Heavy Goods Vehicle Ecotax file, the issues of social dumping in TRM (the implementation of a French procedure to control detachment and sanction rest in cabin), the conflict between taxis and VTCs (Grandguillaume law), projects of Grand Paris and the financial structuring of the Eole project.
Radia was also in charge of digitalization, accessibility and safety in transport. Ms. Ouarti organized the National Logistics Conference which then gave birth to France Logistique.
Radia Ouarti studied at Sciences Po Aix, where they earned a Diplôme de l'IEP et Master 2 Carrières Publiques. Radia also studied at Université de Bourgogne, where they earned a DEUG Radia'stoire.
