Rick Winter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at SNC Manufacturing Co., Inc. since October 2015, Rick is responsible for strategic direction and execution of sales and marketing plans. Previously, Rick held the position of Business Consultant at Sales and Marketing Strategies, where strategic consulting and business plan development were key focus areas. As Director of Sales and Marketing at CBT Technology, Inc., Rick played a pivotal role in corporate strategy development, significantly increasing annual revenues from $10 million to $34 million. Earlier roles at Polaroid Corporation included Director of Marketing, where Rick led the digital product line's global strategy, and Director of Sales & Marketing, successfully driving sales revenues in a joint venture in Russia from $20 million to $200 million within two years. Rick's career began at Polaroid as a District Sales Manager and Sales Representative. Rick holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
