Hashem Zahran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hashem is currently the Founder of Snbla, a FinTech company focused on creating a platform for saving money and earning rewards. Previously, they served as a Managing Partner at FundrsVC, where they led strategic operations, marketing, and community building activities. Hashem also worked as an investor in several companies including Maybe, Altwork, Future Cardia, Customer.io, Mercury, and Hedge. Before that, Hashem worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Flicron, where they managed a Micro-Influencers Marketplace and achieved significant milestones in terms of influencer onboarding and sales income. Hashem also served as the Director of Operations and Business Development at Mayader Company Limited, the Head of Design Department at Al Quiyadia, the Director of Professional Services at Leading Interactive Technology (LEIN), and the Managing Partner at Cloud7Labs. Hashem started their career as a Senior Web Designer at eSpace and worked as a Search Engine Optimization Analyst at Arab American Chamber of Commerce.

Hashem Zahran attended Alexandria University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. In 2020, they completed the CORe Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification in August 2007. Hashem has also completed courses and certifications in entrepreneurship, project management, leadership, social media marketing, and technology entrepreneurship, among others.
