Hamed started their work experience in 2012 as a Managing Director at Inocit GmbH. Hamed held this position until April 2019. In 2015, Hamed founded Andline AG Switzerland and served as the Founder and Managing Director until January 2018. In 2018, they became the Owner of Foundership Holding GmbH. In 2019, Hamed joined Balipalm GmbH as a Partner. Currently, they are the Founder of Snatch.live, a position they began in February 2022.

From 2009 to 2014, Hamed studied at the University of Bern, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
