Pankaj Yadav currently serves as the District Skill Manager for the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, beginning in August 2023. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked at SmartBrains Engineers & Technology Pvt Ltd from February 2016 to June 2023, initially as Center Manager and later as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing employability, entrepreneurship, and life skills training, along with assessment and placement of candidates. Pankaj also completed a summer internship at Bharat Electronics Limited in 2015, focusing on radar transmission systems. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Ideal Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, and 10+2 from Saint Vivekanand Sr. Sec. Public School, Etawah.
