Rafat K. is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Tribe, a company focused on combating loneliness through community-building experiences. Since May 2023, Rafat has led the launch of social clubs to facilitate connections among like-minded individuals. Prior to this, Rafat played a pivotal role at Snappr since May 2017, initially as a founding team member and growth associate, later becoming the VP of Product Operations, where significant expansions and operational scaling were achieved, leading to a successful Series B funding round. Rafat's earlier experience includes serving as a Sales & Trading Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where skills were honed in securitized products and institutional client relationships. Rafat holds a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on Finance from the University of Virginia, graduated in 2015.
