Pouya Kohandani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist for Tech & Product at Snappfood since January 2023, following a progression from Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to Snappfood, Pouya held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Takhfifan from November 2021 to January 2023, and served as a Human Resources Specialist at Mahsan from January 2019 to November 2021. Pouya began the professional journey as a Research Advisor and Teacher Assistant at Allameh Helli School from September 2017 to December 2018. Academically, Pouya holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology from Allameh Tabataba'i University, completed in September 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution, earned in 2018. Additionally, Pouya completed earlier education at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (Sampad) from 2007 to 2014.
