Yang Wen is a seasoned professional in software engineering and research, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Snapchat, Inc. since 2015, where responsibilities include leading the Ad Delivery Infrastructure team to build scalable micro-services for monetization. Previous experience includes significant roles at Google, Oracle, and MIT, with notable contributions in dynamic traffic simulation, batch scheduling systems, and multi-tiered activity tracking. Yang Wen holds a PhD in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University.
