Najine Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agency development and business expansion across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Global/EMEA Agency Development at Snap Inc. since September 2022, Najine also holds the role of Head of Global Business Expansion for the EU and Americas. Prior to this, Najine spent over six years at Amazon as the Head of Global Agency Development. Additional experience includes roles as Business Director at M3 and various leadership positions at Microsoft, where responsibilities spanned multinational teams and regional leadership. Najine began a career in sales at IPC Magazines and progressed to Senior Agency Sales Manager at 24/7 Media Inc. Najine holds a BA Hons degree in Philosophy and History of Ideas from Middlesex University.
