Hollie Hooper serves as a Leadership Consultant at Sterling Strand since May 2023. Previously, Hollie worked as a Recruiter in the Global Business Group at Meta from January 2020 to March 2023, during which participation in the second round of layoffs occurred. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at FourKites, Inc. from December 2017 to January 2020, and a Senior Researcher and Researcher at LaSalle Network from May 2016 to December 2017. Hollie began the career journey as a Community Engagement Intern with the Los Angeles Dodgers from January 2015 to May 2015. Hollie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Chapman University, completing studies in 2015.
