Bo Chen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in data infrastructure and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Leader at Snap Inc. since March 2023, Bo Chen oversees multiple data teams, including Data Infrastructure and Generative AI tooling. Previously, Bo Chen founded Stacks Learning, focusing on Consumer EdTech to teach Java coding to children. With a rich history at Amazon from 2012 to 2019, Bo Chen held various roles, including Software Development Manager for Amazon Go, where responsibility included leading a data streaming platform, managing petabytes of data, and implementing device signal monitoring. Bo Chen's early career involved software development roles at Campaign Research, Henning Solutions/Kidobi, and Honeywell Process Solutions. Bo Chen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from the University of Toronto.
