Justin Marose is an accomplished engineering leader with significant experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Snap One since August 2022, Justin previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Clare Controls, where responsibilities included leading projects for Smart Home Automation and Intrusion Security products. Justin has a solid background as a Senior Software Engineer at Clare Controls, where design and development of home automation software were key contributions. Prior roles include team leadership at UTC Fire & Security and software design at GE Security, with foundational experience as a Research Engineer at The Tolly Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
