Jason Mondragon has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Snap One since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jason worked at Bose Corporation from July 2018 to July 2020 as a Technical Support Representative for Professional Systems. Jason’s career in technical customer support began at HARMAN International, where a tenure from June 1993 to June 2018 culminated in the position of Technical Customer Support Representative III. Jason's education includes coursework at Salt Lake Community College from 1999 to 2000 and training at the O'Brien School of Real Estate from 1996 to 1997.
