Alex Owings is a Tier 3 Support Engineer at Snap One, specializing in support for Home Automation Installers since March 2021. Previously, Alex held a Tier 2 position at Education at Work from July 2018 to March 2021 and worked as a Computer Technician on a contract basis at CDW Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities included the setup and management of 350 workstations, monitors, and phones. Prior to that, Alex gained experience in Quality Assurance at Eventus Systems, Inc., focusing on quality engineering and automation using various tools and scripting languages, such as Python and Selenium. Alex holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Salt Lake Community College, achieved between 2019 and 2022, and earned a G.E.D. in General Studies from Hunter High School in 2010.
